[Today] it is international day against flogging and stoning. The Danish-Iranian artist Firoozeh Bazrafkan says on Vimeo:
“Save Sakineh Ashtiani
I have given the Quran the same sentence as the Iranian regime has given Sakineh Ashtiani. If the Iranian regime stones her, I will stone the Quran. If they hang her, I will hang the Quran.
In this video I used torture on the Quran, in the form of cigarette burns.”
