Much has been speculated on the grounds for the "border seizure" obtained by LG against the import of Sony PS3 game consoles into the EU/Netherlands (this Kat has not been innocent, either, and proven wrong).The ever vigilant EPLAW Patent Blog now delivers the goods, the actual judgment by the Rechtbank Breda of 28 February 2011. It appears the seizure is based on art. 70 para. 7 Dutch Patent Act.
